Te Puna Homestead is an exclusive offering for the hirers of the Te Puna venue, either for themselves, their family or friends to enhance their wedding weekend at Te Puna.

 

The estate owners have over the past 20 years developed a beautiful architecturally designed home. It comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a guest suite. The generous spaces include the main lounge with open fire, whisky snug, library, and dining room opening onto the deck. Outdoor living and dining is a delight with a fire pit, large flat plate BBQ and verandah lighting for those balmy summer evenings. For those who enjoy the outdoor experience the gardens deserve a wander, lawn games are available (on request) and the lake in the front garden complete with kayaks is always a winner. When she cooperates you’ll also enjoy stunning views of Mount Ruapehu.

BOOKING THE HOMESTEAD

This is separate to the Te Puna venue hire so bond, and terms do differ.

 

The two-night stay has an introductory pricing of $2,500 including GST and it will certainly add both convenience and comfort to a wedding weekend. This incorporates the garden which is only available for wedding activities and photos when the homestead is booked.

 

A bond of $1,000 for the homestead will be held, and refunded early the week after your stay once the checks are complete.
